This policy explains what personal information Neumba Properties Ltd collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our websites and apps.
01Information you give us
Your account details (name, email, phone number), the property, lease, and tenant records you enter, and the messages you send through the Service.
02Information from using Neumba
Usage and device information such as the pages you view, actions you take, your IP address, and approximate location. We collect this to keep the Service secure and working well.
03Payments and verification
When you collect rent or verify a listing, licensed payment and identity providers handle the transaction or check. We receive confirmation and metadata such as amount, status, and method, but we do not store full card numbers or mobile-money credentials.
04How we use information
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, issue receipts and statements, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and meet our legal obligations.
05How we share information
With service providers who run parts of Neumba for us (hosting, payments, messaging) under confidentiality; with the other party to a tenancy where the Service requires it, such as a receipt to a tenant or a statement to an owner; and where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.
06Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it.
07Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us if something looks wrong.
08Your rights and choices
You can access, correct, or export your information, and ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Email hello@neumba.com to make a request.
09Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and limited analytics to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10Children
Neumba is intended for adults running or renting property and is not directed at children.
11Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version with a revised date. We will notify you of significant changes.
